摘　　要：[目的]实现同时测定多种多氯有机物,有利于及时发现其在环境中残留水平并评价可能的环境风险。[方法]通过固相萃取技术(SPE)分离、富集水体中的PCOCs,并应用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC/ECD)对其进行分析。[结果]以五氯甲苯(PCT)和十氯联苯(DCB)为内标物,对22种PCOCs化合物进行分离、纯化、富集和分析,各组分回收率多在60%以上。[结论]SPE-GC/ECO联用方法简便、快速和精确,可用于水体中多残留PCOCs的同步分析。[Objective] The aim was to realize simultaneously determine PCOCs in water body,it was helpful to find their residual levels and assess environmental risk.[Method] This study focused on the separation and concentration of PCOCs from water body by solid phase extraction（SPE）,and the analysis of PCOCs applying gas chromatography-electron capture detector（GC/ECD）.[Result] Pentachlorotolune（PCT） and decachlorobiphenyl（DCB） were chosen as the internal standard compounds.It was shown that a new method for the simultaneous determination of 22 PCOCs by using SPE-GC/ECD can obtain good recovery beyond 60% for most compositions.[Conclusion] SPE-GC/ECD combination for PCOCs multi-residues in water has been proven to be simple,rapid and accurate.
