快速城市化地区城市用地扩展的效益评价——以安徽省滁州市为例

摘　　要：通过对2000～2008年安徽省滁州市3个时相的遥感图像解译分析了城市用地扩展变化,并且根据可持续发展理论,选取经济、社会、环境3个方面的14个指标,通过层次分析法分析用地扩展的效益。结果表明,滁州市城市用地的综合效益总体上呈逐年上升趋势,与用地扩展的速度总体上保持了一致,土地利用日趋合理。然而城市用地扩展明显的同时,经济、社会和环境效益未能同步发展,社会效益和环境效益变化不是十分明显,说明在建成区扩展时没有做到各方面效益的同步均衡上升,尤其环境建设严重滞后。城市土地利用效率还比较低,土地资源出现一定的浪费现象。同时就存在的问题提出相应建议。The changes of urban land use were analyzed through interpreting three remote sensing image from 2000 to 2008 in Chuzhou of Anhui Province.According to the theory of sustainable development,and 14 indexes were selected from economical,social and environment,moreover,the benefits of land use expansion in terms of AHP were analyzed.The results showed that in Chuzhou,integrated benefit of urban land generally was rising year by year and had consistent speed with the expansion of land use,land use was reasonable.However,at the same time,the economic,social and environmental efficiency were synchronously developed.The changes of social and environmental efficiency were not obvious.All aspects of the synchronic benefit did not achieve equilibrium rise in the expansion of built-up areas.Especially,the environment seriously lagged.At the same time,the overall efficiency of land use was lower.This wasted some land resources,finally,some related proposals were put forward.
