摘　　要：以农户的视角对河北省农地流转情况的进行全面调查,分析了农地流转的制约因素,提出了促进农地流转的有效途径,为加快农地合理、有序、规范流转,推进适度规模经营提供决策参考。The situation of agricultural land transfer in Hebei Province was investigated comprehensively from the perspective of farmers,and the restraining factors of agricultural land transfer were analyzed,then the effective ways for promoting agricultural land transfer were put forward,which provided decision-making for speeding up reasonable,orderly,standardized agricultural land transfer,and promoting appropriate scale.
