摘　　要：对河南省农村土地流转的制约因素进行了分析,研究了农村土地综合整治对加快土地流转的作用,结果表明:河南推行土地综合整治能有效推进农村土地流转。The restricting factors of rural land circulation in Henan Province were analyzed,and the role of comprehensive land consolidation in accelerating land circulation was studied,results showed that the comprehensive land consolidation could effectively promote rural land circulation in Henan Province.
