摘　　要：结合洛阳孟津岗丘井灌区的实际情况,在对灌区水价征收方式、农户种粮成本以及灌区水价成本分析的基础上,提出了降低当地灌区水价的对策,即实行计划用水、加强灌溉管理、加强水费管理、增加科技投入等。According to the practical condition of Mengjin irrigation district,the water price collection methods,farmers＇ grain costs and water costs in the irrigation district were analyzed,and some measures were proposed to reduce local water price,such as planned water use,strengthened irrigation management and water price management,improved scientific investment and so on.
