摘  要:该文阐述了国内外甘蔗剥叶机械的研究成果和现状,指出了我国甘蔗剥叶机械存在的主要问题。由于种植地形、种植方法与机械不配套,气候影响等因素导致甘蔗倒伏率高,增加了甘蔗收获剥叶的复杂性和随机性;在实际应用时由于田间立地因素的影响和剥叶设备本身存在的问题,导致甘蔗剥叶含杂率和折断率高。笔者针对这些问题对影响剥叶质量的剥叶元件材料、形状、剥叶机工作速度、剥叶辊距离与剥叶滚筒速度等主要因子进行了分析,给出了解决相应问题的方案,并对甘蔗剥叶机械未来的发展趋势进行了讨论。This paper illustrated the research achievements and status of sugarcane cleaner both at home and abroad and pointed out the main problems.Due to the lodging rate of sugarcane caused by the topography,the non-match of planting methods with machines,climate and so on,the complexity and randomness of sugarcane detrashing were improved;during practical use,affected by field conditions and the deficiencies of machine,the trash content and fracture rate were high,in order to solve those problems,the impact factors on detrashing quality,including the materials and shape of components,the machine operating speed,the cleaner roller space and detrashing drum speed,were analyzed,relevant solutions were presented,and the future development trendency of sugarcane cleaner was discussed.
