咽心同治法治疗病毒性心肌炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在咽心同治理论的指导下,含化咽炎糖对病毒性心肌炎(VMC)病例临床治疗效果的影响。方法:选择符合要求的病例60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组病例总数30例。对照组给予西药常规治疗;治疗组在常规给予西药治疗的同时含化咽炎糖治疗。治疗3个月后,观察治疗前后咽部病变、临床综合疗效、临床表现疗效及心电图的变化。结果:咽部病变、临床综合疗效、临床表现疗效、及心电图等方面,均显示治疗组明显优于对照组,有显著性差异。结论:咽炎糖对病毒性心肌炎(VMC)"气阴两亏、热毒内蕴"型患者疗效良好,说明咽炎糖配合常规西药治疗,咽心同治内外并调是临床治疗VMC的有效途径。Objective： On the guiding of theory which treating pharynx and heart together,to observe the influence of clinical effects of buccal administrating Yanyancandy to treat the viral myocarditis （VMC） patients whoes symptome pattern is deficiencies of both QI and YIN with pyretic toxicity concealing in the body. Methods： 60patients were divided respectively and randomly into control group and treatment group. Every group had 30 eases.Control group was treated with conventional madical therapy.Treatment group was treated with both Yanyancandy and conventional madical therapy .The pharynx symptomatic curative effect , clinical synthetical effect, changes of symptoms and dynamic ECG before and after trimenon treatment were observed. Results： On the aspects of pharynx symptomatic curative effect ,clinical synthetic curative effect,symptomatic curative effect and the curative effect of pharynx symptomatic, all the data indicated that treatment group was obviously superior to control group. About proiosystolic curative effect, treatment group had obvious difference with control group. Conclu- sion： Buccal administrating Yanyancandy could effectively treat the viral myocarditis patients whoes symptome pattern is deficiencies of both QI and YIN with pyretic toxicity concealing in the body.When it was aided by buccal administrating Yanyancandy,the curative effects were further and obviously improved.The study indicated that Yanyancandy aiding conventional madical therapy to treat pharynx and heart together was a good way to cure VMC.
