2010年我院中药注射剂使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析我院中药注射剂的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2010年中药注射剂的销售金额、使用频度、日用药金额进行回顾性分析。结果:我院心脑血管类中药注射剂的销售金额居第一位且种类最多达18种。中药注射剂中DDDS排列前3位的分别为舒血宁注射液、注射用血栓通、丹红注射液。同类中药注射剂的DDDC值相差较大。结论:我院中药注射剂在整体用药结构上有较合理比例水平,临床应用基本合理。OBJECTIVE： To analysing the application of the traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital for reference of clinical rational adminisration. METHODS： The utilization data of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital in 2010 by retrospective analyses in terms of sales amount,deflned daily dose （DDDs） and the average daily drug cost （ DDDC）.RESULTS： The sales amount of cerebrovascular traditional Chinese medicine injection occupied the first picas, and the most species of 18 kinds. The top three assortment respectively is Shuxuening injection, Zhusheyong xueshuantong, danhong injection among the DDDS arrangement of traditional Chinese medicine injections. The DDDC value of the same kind of traditional Chinese medicine injection shows a big gap. CONCLUSIONS： Our hospital traditional Chinese medicine injection is reasonable proportion level in the overall structure of the drug usage, and the clinical application basic reasonable.
