摘　　要：当前对肿瘤的治疗,越来越强调包括手术、放疗、化疗、生物免疫治疗等多学科的综合治疗。中医针灸有预防保健和治疗疾病的作用,与手术或化疗药物不同,针灸运用于肿瘤的治疗不是直接作用于肿瘤,而是作用于整个机体的神经-内分泌-免疫网络,使机体产生抗肿瘤的效应。动物实验和临床研究表明,提高机体的免疫力即相当于中医的"扶正",以此来解释针灸的抗肿瘤作用是合理的。本研究通过复习文献,结合当前针灸在临床的运用,总结在肿瘤免疫方面针灸的研究成果和现状。Nowadays,cancer treatment emphasizes multidisciplinary integrated treatment,including surgery,radiotherapy, chemotherapy,and biological immune therapy.Acupuncture base on TCM theory,especially the meridian theory. Acupuncturist choses appropriate acupoints in the human body then apply acupuncture or moxibustion in order to prevent and cure diseases. Different from surgery or chemotherapy,acupuncture used in cancer therapy is not target directly on the tumour,but according the function of Neural-Endocrine-Immune system to make the body produce antitumor effects.Animal experiments and clinical studies show that acupuncture improves the immune function.This manuscript reviews literatures,combines the basic research with clinical use on cancer immunology aspect of acupuncture and moxibustion in cancer research achievements and status.
