摘　　要：目的探讨氟罗沙星注射液治疗细菌性感染的疗效和安全性。方法 120例细菌性感染患者,分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,观察组给予氟罗沙星注射液治疗,并比较两组的疗效及安全性。结果观察组总有效率及不良反应率与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟罗沙星注射液治疗细菌性感染患者疗效可靠,副作用小。Objective To explore the effect and safety of Fleroxacin injection in the treatment of bacterial infections. Methods 120 cases of bacterial infections divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group： Levofioxacin Hydrochlide Injection. The observation group： Fleroxacin injection. Results The total effective rate and adverse reactions that comparative between the observation group and the control group, there was no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The effect is good and side effects are minor that Fleroxacin injection in the treatment of bacterial infections.
