摘 要:目的优化复方桑黄颗粒的提取工艺。方法以正交试验表对复方桑黄颗粒中总黄酮成分醇提工艺的影响因素进行考察,优选工艺条件。结果优选提取工艺为20倍量的70%乙醇,回流提取3次,总黄酮提取率为30.29%,出膏率为10.39%。结论该提取工艺条件稳定,重现性好,可为复方桑黄颗粒的大生产提供参考依据。Objective To optimize the extraction process for compound sanghuang granules. Methods Factors affecting the ethanol extraction process to flavonoids of compound sanghuang granules was studied,the best preparation technological conditions was screened by orthogonal design. Results The optimal extraction technique conditions were as follows:20 times of amount of 70% alcohol,extracted for 3 times,each time far 2 hours. High yield of extraetum (30.29%) and high content of fiavonids (10.39%) are obtained with the present technology. Conclusion The extracting melhod are stables and replicable,which can provide reference for preparation of compound sanghuang granules.
