急性阑尾炎患者住院费用结构及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析急性阑尾炎患者住院费用结构及其影响因素。方法采用多元逐步回归法对2005年1月至2009年12月就诊的837例急性阑尾炎患者住院费用的主要影响因素进行分析。结果药费所占比重过大,住院天数、付费方式、年龄与职业对住院费用的影响有统计学意义。结论降低药品费用,缩短住院天数,完善医保制度是控制医疗费用的重要手段。Objective To analyze the main factors impacting hospitalization expenses in acute appendicitis inpatients and provide the therapeutic basis for the management of the medical care fee. Methods 837 cases of acute appendicitis inpatients were chosen and analyzed from 2005 to 2009. A statistical analysis was made with the main impact factors using multi - stepwise regression method. Results The proportion of expenses for medicine was too high, the major factors impacting the patient~ hospitalization expenses included average hospitalization day, payment method, age and occupation. Conclusion Reducing drug expenses, shorting hospitalization day and improving the medical insurance system can decrease the hospitalization expense.
