痰热清与蒲地蓝联合治疗普通型手足口病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨痰热清与蒲地蓝联合治疗手足口病的疗效。方法将我院2011年住院普通手足口病患儿100例随机分为两组,治疗组50例给予蒲地蓝及痰热清,对照组50例给予痰热清治疗,所有病例组均给于补液、对症等一般治疗。比较两组患者的热退时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔炎愈合时间和总病程。结果观察组症状体征消退时间及总病程均少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论痰热清及蒲地蓝联合可有效治疗手足口病,且无明显副作用,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore two drugs combined application curative effects of HFMD.Methods Total of 100 patients with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups： one group were treated with Tangreqing and Pudilan,another group were treated with Tangreqing,and all the cases were given fluid infusion,such as fever general treatment.Thermal annealing time,skin rash subsided time,stomatitis healing time and total duration of symptoms were compared.Results Symptoms and signs subsided time and total duration of observation group were less than the control group.Conclusion Tanreqing and Pudilan combined application can be effective in treating pediatric HFMD.
