摘 要:目的比较不同种类心脏保存液对长时间低温保存心肌的保护作用。方法将36只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成4组,即KH组、常规停搏液组(RCP组)、HTK组及Celsior组,每组9只,制作大鼠离体工作心脏模型。RCP组、HTK组及Celsior组分别采用常规心脏停搏液、HTK液及Celsior液低温保存心脏8h后,检测冠状动脉流出液中乳酸脱氢酶和肌酸激酶同功酶含量及心肌组织形态学改变;KH组即刻恢复做功。结果低温保存心脏8h后,Celsior组冠状动脉流出液中乳酸脱氢酶和肌酸激酶同功酶含量低于HTK组,HTK组明显低于RCP组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细胞外液型心脏保存液Celsior液心脏保存效果优于HTK液及常规心脏停搏液。Objective To compare the different types of heart preservation solution for long-term hypothermic cardiac preservation.Methods Thirty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into Krebs-Henseleit buffer(KH group),conventional cardioplegia(RCP group),HTK group and Celsior group,with 9 rats in each group.The isolated working heart rat model was produced.RCP group,HTK group and Celsior group were detected creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme content in coronary artery flow and myocardial pathological changes 8 hours after the using of conventional cardioplegic solution,HTK solution and Celsior solution respectively for cryopreservation.KH group immediately restored the power.Results After cryopreservation for 8 hours,the creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme content in coronary effluent were lower in Celsior group than those in HTK group,and were lower in HTK group than those in RCP group,which showed significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion Celsior solution is better than HTK solution and conventional cardiac arrest cardioplegia solution for cardiac preservation.
