摘  要:采用普通陶瓷工艺,分别制备了不同ZnO-B2O3-SiO2(ZBS)玻璃掺量的Y3Fe5O12(YIG)和Y1.05Bi0.75Ca1.2Fe4.4V0.6O12(YBiCaVIG)铁氧体样品。分析了样品的物相组成、显微结构及磁性能。结果表明,ZBS玻璃能有效地降低YIG和YBiCaVIG陶瓷的烧结温度,当w(ZBS)=10%时,其烧结温度可分别降低到1 280℃和950℃,但XRD显示烧结体中分别出现少量SiO2和YFeO3(YIP)杂相,SEM显示样品的晶粒大小约2~4μm,气孔率偏高。添加ZBS玻璃后材料的饱和磁化强度4πMs下降,铁磁共振线宽ΔH增大,但由于烧结体晶粒较细,自旋波线宽ΔHk较大,可作为YIG大功率材料使用。The Y3Fe5O12(YIG) and Y1.05Bi0.75Ca1.2Fe4.4V0.6O12(YBiCaVIG) ferrites doped with different ZnO-B2O3-SiO2(ZBS) glass contents has been prepared by the common ceramics method.The phase composition,microstructure and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated.It was found that ZBS glasscould effectively decrease the sintering temperature of YIG and YBiCaVIG ceramics.When the doping content of ZBS was w(ZBS)=10%,the sintering temperature of YIG and YBiCaVIG ceramics could be reduced to 1 280 ℃ and 950 ℃ respectively.But the XRD patterns showed that a few SiO2 and YFeO3(YIP) impurities were formed,meanwhile,the SEM showed that the samples have the grain size of about 2~4 μm and higher pores rate.After doping ZBS glass,the saturation magnetizations 4πMs decreased while the ferromagnetic resonance line width ΔH increased.However,since the samples have bigger spin wave line width ΔHk and smaller grain size,they are suitable for large power YIG materials.
