摘 要:随着纳米级超声造影剂的发展,超声成像已经步入生物纳米技术与超声分子影像结合的新阶段。纳米级超声造影剂在分子影像和靶向药物输送方面具有独特的优势。目前研究较多的是纳米级液态氟烷乳剂、纳米级微泡造影剂和纳米级脂质体造影剂,本文对此3种纳米级超声造影剂的发展现状及问题进行综述。With the development of nanoscale ultrasound contrast agent,ultrasound imaging has entered a new era that combining biomedical nanotechnology with molecular ultrasound imaging.Nanoparticle-based contrast agents are quickly becoming valuable and attractive tools for molecular imaging and targeted drug-delivery application,including perfluorocarbon emulsion nanoparticles,nanobubbles and liposomal agents.The current development,potential disadvantages as well as future perspectives of nanoscale ultrasound contrast agents were reviewed in this article.
