摘 要:采用仿真模拟和试验相结合的方法,研究了一种Zn含量高于AA7055合金的新型超高强铝合金的半连续铸造工艺。结果表明,在满足综合性能要求的前提下,适当降低Zn、Cu含量,提高Mg含量,降低Fe、Si、Mn等杂质元素的含量,有利于铸造成形。工艺研究表明,新型铝合金固-液相区温度范围较宽(170℃),铸造时极易开裂,通过施加挡水板进行模拟及试验研究,成功铸造出180mm×360mm规格无裂纹铸锭。The DC-cast technology for a new type super-high strength aluminum alloy sheet ingot containing higher Zn than that in AA7055 alloy was investigated through simulation combining with experiments. The results show that, it is beneficial to the casting formation of the ingot with appropriately decreasing the elements content such as Zn, Cu, Fe, Si and Mn, and increasing the Mg content in the super-high strength aluminum alloy under conditions of meeting comprehensive property requirements. The range of casting parameter for the new type alloy is very narrow, resulting in easy crack of the ingot during the casting process. The 180 mm×360 mm alloy ingot was successfully produced through simulation and experiments with using water-restrict panels to the ingot.
