摘 要:[目的]提取并分离藏茵陈中的獐芽菜苦苷和龙胆苦苷。[方法]采用浙江大学研制的大孔吸附树脂9号对藏茵陈中的獐芽菜苦苷和龙胆苦苷进行分离纯化研究,以吸光度为响应值,依据单因素试验结果,以獐芽菜苦苷和龙胆苦苷的含量为评价指标,设计正交试验,优化相关参数,建立以大孔树脂提取分离藏茵陈中獐芽菜苦苷和龙胆苦苷的方法体系。[结果]上样液的浓度为0.02 g/ml,乙醇洗脱液的洗脱浓度为95%,洗脱液流速为3.0 ml/min时,藏茵陈中獐芽菜苦苷和龙胆苦苷分离效果最好。[结论]该方法经济、实用、快速,可用于藏茵陈中有效成分的提取。[Objective] To extract the swertiamarin and gentiopicroside from HERBA ARTEMISIAE SCOPARIAE.[Method] The macroporous obsorbent resin No.9 developed by Zhejiang University was used to extract swertiamarin and gentiopicroside from HERBA ARTEMISIAE SCOPARIAE,based on the single factor experimental results,orthogonal experiment and optimized parameters,the extraction system of swertiamarin and gentiopicroside was established with the absorbance as the response value and the contents of swertiamarin and gentiopicroside as the evaluation indexes.[Result] Under 0.02 g/ml sample concentration,95% ethanol eluent and 3.0 ml/min flow rate,the extraction of swertiamarin and gentiopicroside was the best.[Conclusion] The method was economical,practical and rapid,which could be used for the extraction of effective components from HERBA ARTEMISIAE SCOPARIAE.
