摘　　要：[目的]探讨商品肉鹅新城疫母源抗体消长规律及最佳首免日龄。[方法]通过血凝(HA)试验和血凝抑制(HI)试验,对商品肉雏鹅在不同时间首次接种鹅源新城疫油乳剂灭活疫苗后的免疫效果进行监测,以确定最佳首免日龄,并对ND母源抗体进行动态分析。[结果]霍尔多巴吉肉鹅的母源抗体由1日龄的10 log2下降到25日龄的0.6 log2。母源抗体水平4 log2作为免疫接种的临界点。7日龄免疫组HI抗体水平20日龄后一直维持在临界点以下,不能达到疫苗保护水平;11日龄免疫组HI抗体水平在免疫后16 d达到临界点,到出栏前仍维持较高水平;14日龄免疫组HI抗体水平在免疫后约22 d达到临界点。[结论]霍尔多巴吉肉鹅母源抗体半衰期约为2.7d,11日龄为霍尔多巴吉商品肉鹅新城疫的最佳首免日龄。[Objective]The research aimed to discuss the growth and decline laws of maternal antibody of newcastle disease in commercial meat goose and its optimal first immunization age.[Method]By hemagglutination test and hemagglutination inhibition test,the immune effects of commercial meat goose after first immunization of inactivated oil emulsion vaccine against newcastle disease in goose at different time were monitored to ensure the optimal first immunization age..And the maternal antibody of ND was dynamically analyzed.[Result]The maternal antibody of Hortabagyi meat goose decreased from 10 log2（1-day-old）to 0.6 log2（25-day-old）.Maternal antibody level of 4 log2 was the critical value of immunization.HI antibody level in 7-day immunization group was always below the critical value after 20 days and didn＇t reach the immune protection level.HI antibody level in 11-day immunization group reached the critical value after immunization 16 days and maintained higher level until marketing.HI antibody level in 14-day immunization group reached the critical value after immunization 22 days.[Conclusion]The half-life of maternal antibody in Hortabagyi meat goose was 2.7 d and the optimal first-immunization age of newcastle disease in Hortabagyi meat goose was 11-day-old.
