高新技术产业开发区土地集约利用潜力研究——以保定为例

摘　　要：以保定国家高新技术产业开发区为例,首先介绍了高新区的自然条件及地理位置,然后运用可持续发展理论,从扩展潜力、结构潜力、强度潜力、管理潜力以及尚可供地年数5个方面进行了土地集约利用潜力的研究,详细分析了开发区土地集约利用潜力。最后,结合保定高新技术产业开发区土地利用的现存问题,有针对性地提出了有关开发区未来发展的建议。With Baoding national high and new technology industry development zone as an example,its natural conditions and geographic location were introduced,its intensive land use potential was studied from the five aspects of expanding potential,structure potential,intensity potential,management potential and years of passable land supply by using the theory of sustainable development.Finally according to the existing problems in the land use of Baoding development zone,some suggestion were proposed on its future development.
