拆迁过程中农民行为的双重取向研究

摘　　要：从实例列举出发,分析了拆迁过程中农民行为的诱因,并阐述了其理论启发,指出拆迁过程中农民试图通过搭建违章建筑来增加拆迁面积以获得更多的经济利益,并希望依靠这种方式寻求保护和补偿失去的安全感;农民搭建违章建筑的行为具有经济功能和保护功能。According to practical examples,the causes of farmers＇ reaction to house dismantlement were analyzed,and its theoretical enlightenments were introduced,it was pointed out that the farmers tried to gain more benefits from dismantlement through illegal construction and hoped to seek protection and the sense of security;the farmers＇ illegal construction was a behavior with both economic and protective functions.
