摘　　要：目的:通过采集和分析声音信号,提取特征参数,为慢性咽炎中医证型的辨别提供客观依据。方法:运用"中医闻诊采集系统"采集慢性咽炎患者的声音信号共81例,按照中医辨证分型将样本分组:运用小波包分解方法分析处理各组声音样本。提取与慢性咽炎中医辨证相关的特征参数。结果:小波包分解得到不同频段的能量特征数据,慢性咽炎与正常人,慢性咽炎各证型组间的能量特征在较多频段存在差异。结论:运用现代语音信号采集分析方法,对中医慢性咽炎证型的辨别提供了一定的客观参考依据。Objective ： To provide more objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of chronic pharyngitis by collecting and analyzing the voice signals and extracting the feature parameters. Methods ：81 samples were collected by ＂Voice Collecting System of TCM＂ and analyzed by wavelet packet transform（WPT）. The feature parameters related to the TCM syndrome differentiation of chronic pharyngitis were extractd. Results：By analyzing the energy values in different frequencies through WPT between chronic pharyngitis group and normal group and among different syndrome groups of chronic pharyngitis ,we found that there were significant differences in many bands （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The methods of voice collection and analysis using in the auscultation of TCM can provide objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of chronic pharyngitis.
