摘　　要：亚健康问题越来越引起人们的关注,便秘是亚健康状态中常见的症状之一。对便秘从词源学角度进行分析,明确中西医学对便秘的认识,以深化对亚健康状态的研究。The problem of sub - health has gradually caused attention. Constipation is one of usual symptoms of sub - health. This paper is to analyse and explore constipation by etymology, and make clear of constipation from both traditional Chinese medicine and modem medicine,and intensify the study of sub- health.
