摘　　要：目的:比较不同地区及生境中的哈蟆油药材中总多糖的含量,为评价该药材质量提供依据。方法:石油醚脱脂、水回流提取、氯仿萃取,苯酚-硫酸法显色,葡萄糖对照,可见分光光度法测定。结果:哈蟆油药材中总多糖含量,不同地区的以林下产的高于稻田的;同一生境中以黑龙江地区的高于吉林、辽宁的。结论:以哈蟆油药材中总多糖的含量评价其药材质量,与该药材的传统主产区及目前市场定价相吻合。Objective ：To compare the content of total polysaccharide in RANAE OVIDUCTUS medicinal materials in two kinds of habitat, providing the basis for evaluating the quality of the medicinal materials. Methods ： Petroleum ether skim, water reflux extraction, Chloroform extraction, phenol - sulfuric acid method and Glucose control spectrophotometry was used for testing. Results ： The total polysaccharide content in RANAE OVIDUCTUS medicinal materials, in different regions the undergrowth production is higher than the rice fields;in the same habitat Heilongjiang province is higher than Jilin and Liaoning. Conclusion：The content of total polysaccharide in RANAE OVIDUCTUS medicinal materials is used to evaluate its quality ,the medicinal materials traditional major market at present and pricing are identical with each other.
