针灸治疗肠易激综合征的临床证据

摘　　要：目的:通过对针灸治疗肠易激综合征相关文献的整理评价,提炼出高质量的临床证据,以便于临床医师做出科学的决策。方法:全面检索相关文献,按照循证医学5级标准从高到低选出能够回答对应临床问题的证据,并采用RevMan5.0统计结局指标。结果:有1项A级证据证明针灸治疗肠易激综合征有效;4项B级证据显示针灸与常规西药(得舒特、培菲康等)相比可能有治疗优势;1项B级证据(得舒特)、1项C级证据(美常安)显示针灸结合西药可能有增效之功;1项C级证据显示针灸配合其他疗法(如心理疗法等)可能有效,1项C级证据证明不同刺灸法之间疗效可能有差异。结论:针灸治疗肠易激综合征的疗效可能优于西药,若配合其他西药治疗可达增效之功,但仍需更多的大样本多中心的临床试验或系统评价/Meta分析证明。Objective：To evaluate the clinical studies of acupuncture for treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and collect the high quality evidence for clinical decision - making reference. Methods ： The documents of clinical study were comprehensively retrieved. According to criterion of evidence - based medicine, the evidence from high to low level was selected to answer corresponding clinical questions and RevMan 5.0 was used to analyze the final indicator. Results ： There was only one Level - A evidence showed the effectiveness of acupuncture for irritable bowel syndrome. Besides four Level - B evidence showed respectively that acupuncture might be superior to Dicetel and Bifid Triple Viable Capsule Powder. Moreover, a Level - B evidence （Dicetel） and a Level -C evidence（ Lived Combined B. Subtilis And E. Faecium Enteric -Coated Capsules） showed that acupuncture combined with western medicine was superior to western medicine alone. Finally a level - C evidence proved that acupuncture with psychological may be effective, a level - C evidence proved that different acupuncture and moxibustion methods may have dissimilar effects. Conclusion：Acupuncture for irritable bowel syndrome has a probably positive effect. What＇ s more, acupuncture combined with western medicine can strengthen the curative effect. However, this conclusion should be proved by clinical trial of randomized controlled double blind studies or systematic reviews and Meta - analyses.
