摘　　要：目的:探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者的中医护理。方法:对本院收治的48例不稳定型心绞痛住院患者在临证护理、情志护理、休息与活动、预防便秘、病情观察等方面突出中医护理措施。结果:48例患者住院期间临床症状明显缓解,无各种并发症发生。结论:加强患者住院期间的中医辨证施护,改善患者的生存率和生活质量,提高了治疗效果,突出了中医护理在治疗不稳定型心绞痛方面的优势。Objective：To evaluate patients with unstable angina in traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Methods ：48 patients in our hospital with unstable angina were given clinical hospital care, emotional care, rest and activity, preventing constipation, and other aspects of the disease nursing. Results ：48 patients were relieved of clinical symptoms during hospitalization, no complications occurred. Conclusion：TCM during hospitalization and nursing, can improve survival and quality of life of patients and improve patient outcomes, highlighting the traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of unstable angina advantage.
