摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在年龄相关性白内障患者中的应用效果。方法:对120例年龄相关性白内障患者行白内障超声乳化吸除术+后房型人工晶状体植入术治疗,随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,实验组采用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组采用传统的护理模式进行护理。结果:实验组患者对疾病相关知识掌握情况、对护理工作满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径为整体护理提供更有效的指导,可增强患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度,提高护士工作效率和患者满意度,进而提高护理质量。Objective： To investigate the effect of clinical care pathway in patients with age-related cataract.Methods： 120 patients who were treated with ultrasonic phacoemulsification plus posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group（60 cases in each group）.The patients in the experimental group were given nursing care according to clinical care pathway and the patients in the control group received conventional nursing care.Results： The grasp of the disease-related knowledge in the patients and the degree of the patient＇s satisfaction at nursing care were better and higher in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical care pathway provides more effective guidance for holistic nursing care.It can upgrade the level of patient＇s knowledge about the disease and improve the work efficiency of nurses and patient＇s satisfaction,and then the quality of nursing care will be improved.
