聚乙二醇电解质散剂在妇科腹腔镜术前肠道准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨聚乙二醇电解质散剂在妇科腹腔镜术前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法:将260例行妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各130例,实验组口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂进行术前肠道准备,对照组口服20%甘露醇500 ml+0.3%肥皂水清洁灌肠进行术前肠道准备,观察、比较两组首次和末次排便时间、服药后不良反应情况,并且评估两组肠道清洁效果和患者满意度。结果:两组首次、末次及首次至末次排便时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。实验组肠道清洁效果优于对照组(P<0.01),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.01),而腹胀、腹泻、腹痛、高敏反应及肛门不适感发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂行妇科腹腔镜术前肠道准备用时短、不良反应少,可操作性强,适用于临床工作。Objective： To investigate the effect of polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder in the bowel preparation before gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods： 260 women patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups（130 cases in each group）.The patients in the experimental group were orally given polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder for preoperative bowel preparation and the patients in the control group were given 500 ml of 20% mannitol orally and cleansing enema with 0.3 % soapy water for preoperative bowel preparation.The first and last time of defecation and the adverse reactions after taking the drug were compared between the two groups;the bowel cleansing effect and the degree of patient＇s satisfaction were assessed in both groups.Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the first and last time of defecation and the time from the first to last bowel movement between the two groups（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;the bowel cleansing effect was better in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0.01）;the degree of patient＇s satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0.01）;the incidence of abdominal distension and diarrhea,abdominal pain,hypersensitivity reaction and the anal discomfort was lower in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Taking polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder orally has the advantages of shorter bowel preparation,fewer adverse reactions and simple operation for bowel preparation before gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
