P-R间期与心率、年龄近18年随访分析

摘　　要：目的探访P-R间期与心率的关系。方法从1991年体检老干部中选出146份心率在50～100次/分的窦性心率者,分为五组。A组4例:心率50～60次/分;B组49例:心率60～70次/分;C组58例:心率70～80次/分;D组26例:心率80～90次/分;E组9例:心率90～100次/分。记录P-R间期并计算出A、B、C、D、E五组分别在1991年、2000年及2008年的平均心率及P-R间期。作近18年随访。结果 2000年,B、C、D组均有一例心律转为心房颤动心律不参加计算,得出A、B、C、D、E组平均P-R均大于1991年;2008年,B组12例失访、1例为起搏心律、4例转为心房颤动心律,C组失访19例、4例转为心房颤动;D组失访11例,E组失访2例、1例转为心房扑动心律不参加计算。得出2008年A、B、C、D、E组平均P-R间期均大于00年各组平均P-R间期。结论 P-R间期与年龄密切相关。并随年龄增长逐渐延长。Objective Visits P - R the time and the heart rate relations. Methods From 91 years of medical cadres in the heart rate of 146 selected 50 - 100 beats / rain sinus rhythm were divided into A： heart rate 50 - 60 beats / rain; B group： heart rate 60 - 70 beats / rain; C Group： heart rate 70 - 80 beats / rain; D groups： heart rate 80 - 90 beats/min;E group： heart rate 90 - 100 beats / rain five groups. PR interval recorded and calculated A - B - C - D, E, respectively, in 1991 years five groups , 2000 and 2008, the average heart rate and PR interval. For nearly 18 years folio w - up. Results In 2000, B , C , D group had one person not to participate in cardiac rhythm converted to atrial fibril- lation calculated the A , B , C , D , E group were higber than the average PR 1991; 2000, B group lost 12 , an artificial pacemaker rhythm , 4 rhytlun into atrial fibriliation, C group lost 19 , 4 were converted to atrial fibrillation; D group lost 11, E group lost 2 - 1 were converted to atrial flutter rhythm not participate in. Conclusion PR interval and age were closely related. And gradually extended with age.
