摘  要:目的探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与冠心病的相关性。方法 212例行冠状动脉造影的患者分为两组,以性别、年龄、心率、血压、空腹血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、红细胞计数、血红蛋白(Hb)、RDW、红细胞压积(Hct)等因素及冠脉评分进行多变量分析。结果冠心病组RDW高于非冠心病组,以RDW的四等分计算冠脉评分均值,发现随着RDW的升高,冠脉评分有升高趋势;多元logistic回归分析显示性别,年龄,DBP,空腹血糖,LDL-C,HDL-C,RDW与冠心病独立相关;多元逐步回归分析结果显示RDW、血糖、LDL-C、性别、年龄、DBP、HDL-C与冠脉评分独立相关,RDW越高,冠脉病变越严重(β=0.246,P=0.000)。结论冠心病与RDW关系密切,RDW升高可能是冠心病严重程度的一个预测指标。Objective To investigate the association between red blood cell distribution width and coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods According to the result of coronary artery angiography,212 cases were categorized into 2 groups : CAD group and non - CAD group. Gender, age, heart rate, blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose, total cholesterol (TC) ,triglyeerlde (TG), high - density lipoprotein ( HDL - C), low - density lipoprotein ( LDL - C), red blood cell count,hemoglobin(Hb) ,hematocrit (Hct),RDW and coronary severity were analyzed. Results The level of RDW in the CAD group was significantly higher than the comparison group, The upper RDW quartiles were associated with higher CAD severity than the lower RDW quartiles,there was a trend association between RDW and CAD severity. With multiple logistic regression, gender, age, DBP, fasting plasma glucose, LDL - C, HDL - C and RDW were independently associated with CAD. With stepwise multiple regression analysis, gender, age, DBP, fasting plasma glucose, LDL - C, HDL - C and RDW showed significant independent association with CAD severity. Conclusion RDW is strongly related with CAD, and maybe a novel marker of CAD severity.
