航空航天制造业的发展优势与状况——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：航空航天制造业的产业链长、辐射面宽、联带效应强,是高技术产业的重要组成部分。本文深入分析江苏省航空航天制造业的发展优势及状况,并与华东地区其他省份进行比较研究,得出以下结论:江苏具备地理位置优越、交通运输便利、经济科技实力雄厚等优势条件;近几年该行业的规模、研发投入呈总体上升趋势,但企业规模偏小、创新能力与安徽、上海和江西各地相差甚远;为了改变不利局面,充分发挥优势条件,抓住"大飞机"落户上海的历史机遇,必须依托于本省经济与科技实力,从加强科技资源内投外引,制定航空航天技术创新的专项扶持政策,强化省内外科研单位合作及航空工业园建设,打造沿江、沿沪宁线、沿海三大产业带等方面入手。As an important part of the high-tech industry,the aeronautics and astronautics manufacturing industry has a long industrial chain,broad impact and strong linkage effect.The paper made a comprehensive analysis on the development advantage and situation of the aeronautics and astronautics manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province,comparing with those of other provinces in East China.Conclusions were reached as follows：Jiangsu has a strategic location,convenient transportation,economic and scientific strength and the other advantages.In recent years,the manufacturing industry has grown in size,with a general upward trend in RD investment,but the scales of enterprises in such field are mostly very small,and their competence for innovation is much weaker than that of Anhui,Shanghai or Jiangxi.In order to change the unfavorable situation,give full play to advantages,and seize the historical opportunity of large aircraft in Shanghai,relying on Jiangsu＇s economic and technological strength,we should begin to expand science and technology RD input from home and abroad,make the special supportive policies for space technology innovation,enhance the collaboration among research institutions inside and outside the province,strengthen the construction of industrial airpark,build the three major industrial belts along the river,the Huning Railway,and the coast,and so forth.
