摘　　要：整合信息资源,提高农村信息化水平,缩小城乡"数字鸿沟",是社会主义新农村建设的一项紧迫任务。现阶段,为推进新疆农村信息化建设进程,提高农村信息资源共享能力,需要构建一套上下贯通、横向协调的"区地县乡"四级农村信息资源整合模式,以及与之协同运作的机制,为新疆农村信息资源整合提供引导和保障,实现农村信息资源的优化配置。同时,还需从完善农村信息资源整合管理体制和组织体系建设、积极搭建农村信息资源共享平台、提供本地化和实用化的信息资源服务、加快农业信息化标准体系建设、完善重点数据库建设等方面促进新疆农村信息资源整合的有效实施。Combine the information resources,improve the rural informationization level,narrow the urban and rural ＂digital divide＂,is an urgent task for the construction of a new socialist countryside.At present,to advance xinjiang rural informatization construction process,improving the rural information resources sharing capability,need to construct a set of up and down,transverse coordinate through the ＂region district county township＂ four levels rural information resource integration mode,and the coordination operation mechanism,in order to provide guidance and security for the rural information resources integration and realize the information resources disposition.At the same time,also need to improve rural information resource integration management system and organizational system construction,actively building rural information share platform,provide localized and practical application of information resource service,to speeds up the agricultural informatization standard system construction,improving the key database construction,promoting the effective implementation of the rural information resources integration in xinjiang.
