提高压铸模使用寿命的生产措施

摘　　要：简要介绍了实际生产中影响压铸模使用寿命的主要因素,指出了合理选材和应用预先处理、稳定化处理、渗碳等热处理工艺,可使模具表面获得很高的硬度及耐磨性,心部具有足够的强度和韧性,从而显著地提高了压铸模的使用寿命。This paper briefly introduced major influencing factors of die-casting die service life in the production. The reasonable selection material and pretreatment application, stabilizing treatment, carbonization, will help die-casting die to obtain very high hardness solidness and wear-resisting property on surface and sufficient strength and malleability in core, improve die service life effectively.
