摘　　要：阐述了商业油流标准与工业油流标准的区别,提出了商业油流标准测算的静态法与动态法,并对两种方法从内涵、计算精度和适用范围等方面进行了比较研究,本着"动静结合、粗细结合"的原则,制定了不同技术经济政策条件下准噶尔盆地不同区带、不同井深条件下的商业油流标准。该标准运用于准噶尔盆地2010年新增探明储量计算中,具有较强的适应性。This paper presents the differences between the standards of commercial oil flow and industrial oil flow,proposes the static method and dynamic method for estimation in commercial oil flow standard and conducts comparative studies from connotations,calculating accuracy and scope of application by these two methods.On the basis of the principle of 'combining the static with the dynamic in different sizes',the study formulated the standards of commercial oil flows for different blocks,different well depths in Junggar basin under different techno-economical policies and conditions.These standards have been used in calculation of the incremental proved reserves of Junggar basin in 2010 and indicated to be highly adaptable.
