摘　　要：以人工关节失效事件作为研究对象,经过对国内外公布资料及实际案例的调研分析,对关节假体失效的类型、发生率进行了归纳总结,按照失效发生时间:短期、中期、远期进行归类,对每类失效的特点以及机理进行讨论。This paper focused on the joint prosthesis failure event, through survey and investigation in different kinds of case studies, generalized and analyzed the failure reason of joint prosthesis. The failure reason been categorized according to the failure occurring time： short-term, medium-term and long-term, and for each category, the characteristics and root causes are discussed, and the corresponding countermeasures put forward.
