中药在老年胆道手术快速康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科技术在老年胆道手术中的应用价值。方法:将90例老年胆道手术患者随机分为对照组、FTS组、中药FTS组,分别采取常规治疗、FTS新理念治疗、口服中药结合FTS理念治疗。结果:FTS组和中药FTS组较对照组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间、住院费用均有显著降低(P<0.05或<0.01),中药FTS组较FTS组有显著性降低(P<0.05或<0.01);3组并发症发生率无统计学上差异,中药FTS组较FTS组在术后呕吐上有差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药结合快速康复外科的应用,可以有效促进术后胃肠道功能的恢复,缩短住院时间,节省住院费用,对术后恶心、呕吐有预防作用。Objective To explore the clinical value of application of fast track surgery to treat elderly patients after surgery of biliary duct.Methods Ninety patients after surgery of biliary duct were randomly divided into 3 groups（n=30）.They were perioperatively treated according to FTS ideas,conventional methods,traditional chinese medicine combined with fast track surgery.Results The time of defecation and exhaust,hospital days,hospital cost of FTS group and traditional chinese medicine combined with FTS group were significantly shorter and hospital cost was significantly less than those in conventional group（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.The time of defecation and exhaust,hospital days of traditional chinese medicine combined with FTS group were significantly shorter than the FTS group,（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.The complications in 3 groups showed no significant difference（P 0.05）,but there were significant difference of the postoperative vomiting between the traditional chinese medicine combined with FTS group and the FTS group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The application of the traditional chinese medicine combined with FTS to elderly patients after open surgery of biliary duct can promote postoperative recovery,shorten hospitalization time and reduce hospital cost,and preventing the postoperative vomiting.
