摘  要:针对钢厂转炉除尘风机实际运行工况,分析了变频调速与风机性能的关系,并验证了变频调速的节能效果,节能率达40%以上,实现了节能降耗,提高了经济效益,具有很好的应用推广价值。Focusing on the actual operating condition of the dedusting compressors in steel plant,the relationship of the compressors' performance and speed adjusting by frequency conversion was analyzed.In addition,the energy saving effect by frequency conversion was demonstrated,and the energy saving rate is up to 40%,which proved accordingly that the frequency conversion in the dedusting compressors will be beneficial to realize energy saving and reducing consumption and increase constantly economic benefits,and hold a excellent application value.
