一种犬粪便中肠道寄生虫虫卵检查方法的建立

摘　　要：目的探讨一种简便、省时、省力,既经济,误差又较小,且检出率比较高的犬肠道寄生虫虫卵检出方法。方法氯化锌溶液漂浮法、生理盐水直接涂片法、饱和盐水漂浮法和清水沉淀法。结果对120份犬粪便标本采用生理盐水直接涂片法、饱和盐水漂浮法、清水沉淀法和氯化锌溶液漂浮法进行检查,蛔虫卵检出率分别为25.8%、36.7%、39.2%和46.7%;绦虫卵检出率分别为30%、25.8%、48.3%和60.8%。氯化锌溶液漂浮法的阳性检出率明显高于直接涂片法,各组间均有显著差异(P<0.05);氯化锌溶液漂浮法和清水沉淀法在检查到的2种寄生虫卵中,所检出的结果无显著性差异(P>0.05);饱和盐水漂浮法与氯化锌溶液漂浮法在检查蛔虫卵时,所检出的阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.05);在检查绦虫卵时,其阳性检出率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论氯化锌溶液漂浮法寄生虫卵的检出率都优于生理盐水直接涂片法、饱和盐水漂浮法和清水沉淀法,且该法操作简便,所以氯化锌溶液漂浮法比生理盐水直接涂片法、饱和盐水漂浮法和清水沉淀法作为粪便检查寄生虫卵的常规检验方法更简便、有效,且适用范围更广。Objective In order to find a simple,conveinent and labour-saving check method of the parasitic ovum in intestinal,the author of this paper compares four examination methods of parasitic ovum in intestinal tract.The purpose of this study is finding the most effecive examination method.This method also can save much more time and money.With this examination method,we can get the higher detection rate of parasitic ovum.Methods With the method of direct normal saline water smear,saturated brine flotation method,clean water precipitated method and zinc chloride solution flotation method.Results the result of 120 samples of canine feces examination shows that the detection rate of ascaris lumbricoides is（in turn） 25.8%,32.5%,39.2% and 46.7%.The detection rate of cestode is 30.0%,0.0%,48.3% and 60.8%.Floating method of zinc chloride solution,the positive detection rate was significantly higher than the direct smear method,the χ2 test,P0.05,each group there was a significant difference;zinc chloride flotation and water precipitation in the examination to two kinds of parasitic eggs,the result of detection by the χ2,P0.05,test although no significant difference.Saturated saline flotation method with zinc chloride solution floating Ascaris eggs in check when the detection result by the χ2 test,P0.05,the positive rate was no significant difference in the inspection tapeworm eggs,the χ2 test,P0.05,the positive rate was significantly different.Conclusion According to the examination result,the author consider that the detection rate of zinc chloride solution flotation method is better than other methods.The zinc chloride solution flotation method is conveinent and labour-saving check method of the parasitic ovum.It is a general examination method suit to popularize in the parasitic ovum examination of the feces.
