摘  要:目的探讨连续血液净化(CBP)对多发伤并发多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者血浆B型利钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法 17例多发伤并发MODS患者行连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH),于治疗前后分别抽取静脉血,采用化学发光法测定血浆BNP的水平,并观察治疗前后K+、BUN、Scr、C反应蛋白以及动脉血气的变化。结果 17例患者CBP后血浆BNP水平下降(P<0.05),BUN、Scr、K+及C反应蛋白均下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),氧合指数上升(P<0.05)。结论多发伤并发MODS患者血浆BNP水平升高。CBP有助于降低血浆BNP水平,并可改善血液生化指标。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous blood purification(CBP) on plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) of multiple trauma patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods Seventeen multiple trauma patients with MODS were received continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH).The plasma BNP was measured by chemiluminescent measurement before and after CBP.The levels of K+,BUN,Scr,C-reactive protein and arterial blood gas were measured too.Results The pasma concentration of BNP decreased after CBP(P0.05).The levels of BUN,Scr,K+ and C-reactive protein all decreased after CBP(P0.05 or P0.01).PO2/FiO2 increased after CBP(P0.05).Conclusion The plasma concentration of BNP increase in multiple trauma patients with MODS.CBP is useful for decreasing BNP in plasma,and improve the blood biochemical indicators including K+,BUN,Scr and C-reactive protein.
