摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethralresectionofprostate,TURP)术后尿道狭窄的原因及防治方法。方法回顾性分析17例TURP术后尿道狭窄患者的临床资料。尿道狭窄发生时间为术后3周～术后24个月。其中前尿道狭窄11例(64.7%),后尿道狭窄4例(23.5%),膀胱颈挛缩2例(11.7%)。结果单纯尿道扩张治愈12例(70.5%),尿道口成形2例(11.7%),尿道口成形联合尿道扩张1例(5.8%),再次行膀胱颈电切2例(11.7%)。随访6～36个月,平均18个月,17例均治愈,无复发。结论术中操作不熟练,术后留置尿管时间短,是导致此并发症发生的主要原因。术后定期随访和早期治疗是防治的关键。Objective To investigate the causes and prevention of urethral stricture after transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP）.Methods A retrespective analysis was carried out in 528 cases,who were treated by TURP in our hospital during March 2006-March 2011.Among the cases,17 patients（aged 60 to 88 years with a mean of 73.6 years）developed urethral stricture in 3 weeks to 24 months after the operation.In the cases,anterior urethral stricture was detected in 11 patients（64.7%）,posterior urethral stricture was found in 4（23.5%）,and bladder neck contracture was diagnosed in 2（11.7%）.Results The pateints were cured by simple urethral dilation（12,70.5%）,urethroplasty（2,11.7%）,urethroplasty plus urethral dilation（1,5.8%）,or electroresection of the bladder neck（2,11.7%）.The patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months（mean,1 8months）,during which,all the 17 cases recovered without recurrence.Conclusions Unskilled operation and short indwelling time of urethral catheter after the surgery are the major reasons for urethral stricture after TURP.Regular follow-up and early treatment are the keys to cure of the disease.
