摘　　要：目的观察输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法对84例输尿管结石患者行气压弹道碎石术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 84例输尿管结石中,81例治疗成功,成功率96.42%。手术时间16～104min,平均45min,术中出血量5～80ml,平均22ml,78例获得随访2～6个月,平均4.3个月,无结石残留,无输尿管狭窄及尿道狭窄。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石创伤小,安全可靠,排石率高,是治疗输尿管结石的有效方法。Objective To study application of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteric calculi of clinical efficacy.Methods 84 cases of ureteric calculi treated with pneumatic lithotripsy f were retrospectively analyzed.Results 84 cases of Ureteric calculi,81 cases of treatment success,the success rate of 96.42%.Operative time 16~104min,the average 45min,Hand blood loss 5~80ml,an average of 22ml,78cases were followed up for 2 to 6 months,an average of 4.3 months,No residual stones,no ureteral stenosis and urethral stricture.Conclusion Ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy for Ureteric calculi Invasive,safe,reliable,high row of stone,is an effective method of treatment of Ureteric calculi.
