曲马多超前镇痛在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨曲马多超前镇痛对腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人的影响。方法选择全麻病人60例,随机分为C组(对照组,n=30)、T组(曲马多组,n=30)。术中切实补足血容量。试验组手术前15min静脉注射曲马多100mg(10ml),对照组注射生理盐水10ml作为对照。记录术后1、2、4、6、12和24h视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果试验组VAS明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曲马多超前镇痛对腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人产生较好的镇痛效果。Objective To investigate the preemptive analgesia of intravenous tramadol in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 60 ASAⅠorⅡpatients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia were randomly divided into two groups（thirty cases/group）.In test group tramadol hydrochloride 100mg（10ml） was administrated 15min before operation.The visual analogue scale（VAS） in 1,2,4,6,12,24h after operation were obtained.Results The VAS of test group were markedly lower than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Intravenous tramadol hydrochloride 100mg provide reliable preemptive analgesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
