摘  要:目的探讨数字化钛网在颅骨缺损修补术中应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2005年以来应用数字化钛网行颅骨缺损修补术的85位患者的临床疗效。结果无死亡病例数;1例出现异物排斥反应,手术取出钛网;1例出现皮下积液,经过穿刺抽液、加压包扎后复查CT证实已经吸收;平均随访2年;余病例无感染和材料外露、术后癫痫、颅内出血、塑形不佳等情况,临床疗效满意。结论数字化钛网在颅骨缺损修补术中有良好的应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of digital shaping titanium mesh in repairing skull defect. Methods Clinicaleffects of 85 patients with repairing skull defect by digital shaping titanium mesh t^om 2005 were analysed retrospectively. Results There had no case of mortality occurred, one case of foreign body rejection and the titanium mesh was taken out by surgery, one caseof subcutaneous effusion which were confirmed absorption with CT reexaminations after thoracic drainage and pressure bandaging; an average follow-up of 2 years; the other cases had no infection and material exposed, postoperative epilepsy, intracranial hemorrhage, shaping poor, with a satisfied clinical effect. Conclusion Digital shaping with titanium mesh has good application value in repairing skull defect.
