摘　　要：广东某鞋材纸板企业采用三级循环工艺将产生的废水回用于生产中。充分利用了生产中产生的废水及流失的纤维和助剂,但由于回用水处理不够且循环程度过大,生产中出现了一系列问题。在对该企业生产工艺介绍和分析的基础上,总结了生产中出现的主要问题及其原因,并给出了解决方法和建议。The process of three-level circle was adopted to recycle wastewater in a shoe cardboard enterprise in Guangdong. According to the actual production situation, the system could recycle the wastewater, fiber and additives. But there were many problems in the production because of inadequate water treatment and large degree of recycling. On the basic analysis of the process, the main problems and reasons arising from production were summarized in this paper. Moreover, solutions and suggestions were put forward.
