摘　　要：为实现农业生产与生态环境协调可持续发展,以亚行贷款黑龙江省宾县农业综合开发项目为例,从种植业生产过程、农业化学品(农药、化肥)投入及灌溉过程中灌溉方式及水资源用量出发,探讨不同方式及用量对环境造成的影响。并在此基础上,提出种植业清洁生产是使其能够持续健康发展的根本措施。In order to realize coordinated and sustainable development of the agricultural production and ecological environment,taking Asian Development Bank（ADB） loans to agricultural development item of Heilongjiang province Bin county as example,starting from the production process of planting,agricultural chemicals（pesticides,fertilizer） inputs and the irrigation and water usage,the effects of the different ways and the amount on the environment were discussed.And on the basis,planting cleaner production,the fundamental measures to enable sustained and healthy development were put forward.
