校园绿化草坪植物高羊茅内生真菌的检测

摘　　要：通过对内江师院校园草坪植物高羊茅(猎狗5号及法恩)植株以及种子进行带菌的检验。结果表明:校园高羊茅内生真菌主要分布在植株的叶鞘和茎秆中,检出率种子>茎秆>叶鞘;高羊茅两品种的种子带菌率依次为:猎狗5号(18.4%)>法恩(10.5%),远低于文献资料(80%)。Samples of Festuca arundinacea cultivated on Neijiang Normal University campus were chosen for Endophytes detection（seeds,stem and fruiting spike）,and two cultivars of F.arundinacea-HoundogⅤ and Fine were selected.The results showed that endophyties were mostly display in leaf sheath and stem,the infection rate in the F.arundinacea was seedstemleaf sheath,and the infection rate in seeds of two cultivars of F.arundinacea mainly cultured on our campus were HoundogⅤ（18.4%）Fine（10.5%）,far lower than data based on references（80%）.
