摘 要:以过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢铵体系为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用常温聚合工艺制备了磺化腐植酸-聚丙烯酸类吸水树脂。研究了腐植酸磺化过程中磺化剂种类,磺化温度的影响;讨论了交联剂用量、引发剂用量等对树脂吸液倍率的影响。实验结果表明,所合成的磺化腐植酸-聚丙烯酸复合吸水树脂,不但有效克服了传统的聚丙烯酸类高吸水树脂耐盐能力差的缺点,而且还有效地改善了土壤的离子交换性能和吸附性能。应用耐盐碱型的高吸水树脂对盐碱地土壤的改良有重要意义。A kind of water-absorbent polyacrylic acid resin was prepared by polymerization process at room temperature with ammonium persulfate-ammonium bisulfite as initiator, and N, N'-methylene-bis-acryl- amide as cross-linker. Different kind of sulfonation agents and sulfonation temperature was studied upon their effects in the process of humic acid sulfonation. And the influence of the amount of crosslinker, initiator on the aspiration rate of resin was also discussed. The results indicated that the compound of synthesized sulfon- ated humic acid-polyacrylic acid water-absorbent resin could not only effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional polypropylene acid water-absorbent resin in poor salt tolerance, but could also effectively improve the soil's properties of ion-exchange and adsorption. Water-absorbent resin with saline-alkali resistance was important to saline-alkali soil improvement.
