摘 要:以油酸和季戊四醇为原料,采用无溶剂工艺合成了环氧油酸季戊四醇酯,并通过傅里叶红外光谱仪和转矩流变仪分别表征和研究了其结构及其对PVC加工性能的影响。研究结果表明,催化剂对甲苯磺酸的用量为原料总质量的0.6%,酸醇物质的量之比为4 1∶,双氧水用量为8.5 g(油酸∶冰乙酸∶双氧水物质的量之比为1 1∶2∶),酯化温度和时间分别为160℃和3 h,环氧化温度和时间为60℃和2 h时,酯化率和环氧值分别达到89.94%和6.85 g/100g。环氧油酸季戊四醇酯和内润滑剂326S份数比为1 0∶.4时,PVC加工内润滑性较好。In this paper, azelaic acid pentaerythritol was successfully synthesized through non-solvent method, using oleic acid and pentaerythritol as raw material, and the structure was confirmed by FTIR and the influence on the processing properties of PVC was researched by torque rheometer. The results showed that the esterification rate and epoxy value reached 89.94% and 6.85g/100g, when the amount of the catalyst (toluene sulfonic acid) was 0.6% of the total mass, the mole ratio of acid and alcohol was 4:1, hydrogen peroxide dosage was 8.5 g ( the molar ratio of oleic acid, glacial acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide was 1 : 1 : 2), the esteriflcation temperature and time were 160℃ and 3 h, and the epoxidation reaction temperature and time were 60℃ and 2 h. The best internal lubrication in PVC processing was obtained when the ratio of epoxy oleic pentaerythritol and internal lubricant 326S was 1:0. 4.
