摘　　要：当前我国高校图书馆普遍存在"互联网恐慌",其根源就在于缺乏对高校馆核心竞争力的认知与把握。高校馆的核心竞争力在于其独具的信息生态系统,该系统所表现出的诸如信息流的纯粹性、信息链的完备性、系统的开放性和抗御力等方面特征,使得高校馆在信息竞争中具有巨大的优势。在采取层层措施中推进高校馆的数字化建设是其核心竞争力得以实现的有效路径。The internet panic prevails in the university libraries of China which is rooted in the lack of Cognition and confidence of the core competitiveness of university libraries. The core competitiveness of university library lies in the uniqueness of information ecosystem whose features can be summarized as follows ： the purity of the information flow, the completeness of the information chain, and the openness and resilience of the system. All these provide tremendous competitive advantages for university libraries. The measures taken to promote the digital con- struction of university libraries is the valid path to realize the core competitiveness of university libraries of China.
