摘　　要：区域性医学信息服务保障体系的建设与运作能够为区域内医改的各项内容实施提供强大的信息支持与保障。在论述构建区域性医学信息服务保障体系必要性的基础上,进一步阐述其建设模式与管理体制,并从联合中心门户建设、资源建设与服务创新、专业人才队伍建设以及服务质量评估监测指标体系等几方面对其建设方案进行了详细探讨。The construction and the operation of the guarantee system of regional medical information service can provide a strong information backup and guarantee for the implementation of the regional medical reform. Based on the analysis of the necessity of the guarantee system of regional medical information service, this article further elaborates the construction mode and the management system. The author discusses the specific construction scheme in detail from the following aspects： the construction of joint center portal, the resources, the professional talents team, the service innovation and the assessment for the monitoring indexes system.
